Bunny Poster for 2010

The new poster with all of the available bunnies is finished. This poster displays the bunny prints you can buy from me at my online art shop. As mentioned in previous posts, the originals of many of these bunnies are also available for purchase (contact me if interested). I currently have 82 completed bunnies, not including the 400 altered variations created for Art-O-Mat.

Poster
The final goal of my bearded bunny project, is to finish 100 bunnies and then compile them onto one giant poster. Now I could select 18 of my favorite variations and then start working on the poster right away. Or, I could create 18 new bunnies. I have not decided which option to go for yet.

You can see 50 of my latest Art O Mat bunnies and if you enjoyed this post you may also like my printable maze collection.

Big Fat Alien Puppet

Here is the newest live painting creation (created live on web cam) of a Big Fat Alien Puppet. Inspired partially by Whitley Strieber and partially by George Noory's radio program Coast to Coast AM.

The title is big fat alien puppet. As part of my economical, "only the good art survives" series of work, if this painting is not purchased by Saturday the 28th, I will violently destroy it. The destruction will of course be broadcoast to you by web cam free of charge.

The live show this week generated over 80 viewers and featured the first live KILLING on web cam. I did take some footage of the destruction and will be putting together a short video of the act. You can learn all about Canvas Kill Live: Live painting with a twist and williamhessian.com

Here is a sample photo of me with my homemade spear:

Robot Vs Beast

mankind is dead. human beings have been ripped into two factions, those that have passed their knowledge to robots and those that have turned against intelligence and became primortal beasts. the two directions we are now faced with:

robot vs beast
a series of illustrations by me (william hessian)

I plan to create a number of pieces illustrating this theme. I also created a drawing featuring zombies and robots along the same lines: Zombie Vs Robots. Which is unfinished but plugging along.

Hope you enjoy.

The frame is some old thing I found at a garage sale. Quite a quirky little thing. Fits the piece.

You can also buy this drawing, it someone has not already on my etsy shop. If you check back to my blog often you will be seeing a lot more brand new artwork dealing with this theme. Meanwhile, I will be back to work on my Minneapolis Art Hunt.
