A few years ago I released The Mind Sieve Maze. After considering reworking the image for a different project I remembered that I actually want to go in and make a few changes. Visually the maze is the same, but the solution to the maze is quite different now.  Enjoy.

I thought it was a good suggestion and I came up with this simply pizza maze idea with the cheesy slice being pulled out. Custom Designs for Kids Activity Sheets

Looking for restaurant kids activity sheets?
 Many restaurants want a fun simple coloring sheet to keep the kids busy for 20-30 minutes. These coloring sheets can have pictures of food, snacks and games and puzzles that will be themed for your restaurant.

What can I add to my activity sheet?
This is completely up to you. You can pick any theme or design and William will work from it. Games and puzzles include (but are not limited to): mazes, word search, cross word puzzles, mix and match, find the differences, Sudoku, connect the dots, one player hang man. 

Can I include my logo?
 Absolutely. You can provide a logo and it will be added and incorporated into the activity sheet.

How much does it cost?
 $150 per black and white design. Available in 8.5 X 11 or 8.5 X 14 sizes. How many can I print?
 Once the activity sheet is designed and approved you will have full ownership of the digital file, and you can print as many as want and you can share it with as many people as you want.  

What if I need to make updates in the future? 
 Edits to a previous file/order is an available option and will be charged on a case by case basis system. Lots of changes will cost more than simply edits. Quick edits to the file will only cost $5-20 and a new updated file will be presented to you.


Can I see samples of your work?

How long does it take?
 It can take anywhere from 7 days to 30 days, depending. A proof will be finished in 7 days after payment. All changes or edits will take a variable amount of time thereafter. The more changes and edits, the longer it will take. Special rush orders are available (a rush fee will be applied).

It was a few years ago when people would be sending me e-mails and messages asking these questions. I often make mazes for kids and adults and hand them out at art festivals, draw-a-thons and gallery shows; so people knew me as a maze maker. A few years later I have 14 printable mazes available for anyone. I get a few hundred hits per day on my mazes, and they have been printed all around the world. A New Kid Friendly Online Maze

This maze was created as bonus content for my online web comic called King of the Pill. Jay Agate Maze

The Jay Agate maze. Dedicated to my father, who sends me more mail than anyone in the entire world. In the last week I got three letters/postcard from him, and that is normal. It's always a joy to get funny, goofy, or just plain odd notes from him regularly. The reason I dedicated this maze to him is because of the mazes' resemblance to an agate:

LUCKY CHARMS: a maze without dead ends

Lucky Charms is one in a series of free printable mazes for you to enjoy.

One of the first things on my to do list once I arrived in Maine (coming from Jamestown, North Dakota), was to unpack. As meditative breaks from all the unpacking and unloading in a brand new part of America, I had a folder of unfinished art to work on. I had been meaning to finish this maze a long time ago, and it seemed a perfect distraction from all the clutter.

I love the idea of mazes without dead ends. It creates both a problem for the maze maker, and adds a different challenge to the maze runner. While creating the maze I had to figure out ways to make this challenging without any dead ends; one obvious way is to create loops. The other way to make a maze without dead ends challenging is by making way points (in this case lucky charm symbols) for the maze runner to collect during the maze. The third and best way to make a maze without dead end challenging is to make it disorienting, so you end up at the same spot multiple times or find yourself right next to a way point without actual getting to it. My solution was to make the maze go over and under itself which makes it hard to get a good bearing on which way you are going.

For the one doing the maze, the challenge is no longer about avoiding dead ends but about exploring the entire maze and remember which paths you have already taken. Even doing my own maze I found it challenging to find some of the charms before getting to the finish.
