Minneapolis has the best farmers market I have ever been to. Spend 20 bucks come home with enough vegetables to fill your pool with V8 (in case you dream of swimming in V8 like me). I also used this comic in my eating fresh during a rotten economy blog, so check that out.
Being a vegetarian is so much easier when there is a massive farmers market to get all the fresh produce you could ever want, and more.
